 — Restructuring of management personnel across all the operation departments.

 — Responsible for coordinating with the Legal Department the establishment of legal parameters, including labor issues, permits and licenses.

 — Ensured operational readiness to kick off hotel operations in March 2013.

 

 — Led the start of operations in 2013 with a team of 20 employees and 10 years later developed a great team of 145.

 —  Developed preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

 

Organized and kick-started the sales, concierge and member services departments.

​​—  General operation of the Country Club, Sports Club and Beach Club.

 

—  Responsible for national and international marketing, traveling to promote the Golf Course as well as Paradise Village Resort and the Riviera Nayarit Destination.

 

—  Organize & training of the country club memberships department (Member Services).

 

—  Responsible for selection and purchases of merchandise to be sold at the Logo shop.

 

—  Review, cost control and general purchases related to the maintaining of the golf course.

 

—  Responsible for making agreements and closing deals with national and international agencies that handle golf groups, which were handled in a package that included the stay at Paradise Village Resort.

 

—  Supervision of the food and beverage department.

 

—  Organize & coordinate National Golf Tournaments

 

—  El Tigre Golf & Country Club, came to be considered the best Golf Course in Mexico and one of the 100 best in the World, this being published in the ROLEX Magazine.

 

—  120 people in my charge, which includes the El Tigre Sports Club and the Beach Club which provides services to the owners at the Golf Course.

​​— Assist in the operation of all of the restaurants (7) in Paradise Village Group as well as their Sports bar / Discotheque and restaurant in the club house at El Tigre Golf & Country Club.

 

​​— In charge of operation, promotion and sales of specialties restaurant El Pescatore with local and wholesale agencies, the restaurant is located in the exterior part of Paradise Village Resort, as well as La Jungla restaurant/sports bar/discotheque.

 

​​— Marketing and promotion of Paradise Plaza commercial center.

 

​​— XCARET Discotheque Manager, created Theme Nights and the musical concept used.

 

​​— Responsible for the design and promotion of the hotel theme nights (Mexican Fiesta, Italian, BBQ), as well as the discotheque theme nights.

 

​​— Part of the team that created the concept Pescatore Italian Restaurant.

 

​​— Created the concept of “The Jungle” restaurant/Sports bar/discotheque located in Paradise Plaza.

 

​​— Part of the founding team that created the Paradise Village Group Sales Committee, which was responsible for room sales, promotions, marketing, national and international trips to promote Paradise Village Group in general.

​​— Since 2007 I have been a part of the Hotel and Motel Association in Riviera Nayarit, as Vice President, being a part of the work force to position the Riviera Nayarit trademark, and traveling within Mexico and to the exterior.

 

 —  Appointed as Tourism Affairs Consultant by the City Mayor Mr. Hector Santana in December 2024  

 

—  Named honorary member of the University of Tourism of Riviera Nayarit in January 2025.
